Kwedar & Co. President Named a 2025 Woman of Influence by The Business Press

We’re proud to share that our founder and president, Lauren Kwedar Cockerell, has been named a 2025 Woman of Influence as part of the Great Women of Texas awards by The Business Press.

The annual awards program recognizes women across Fort Worth and North Texas for their professional excellence, civic leadership, and meaningful contributions to their industries and communities. This year’s honorees represent a remarkable cross-section of leaders—from education and finance to healthcare, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship. We are honored to see Lauren included in such inspiring company.

As the leader of Kwedar & Co., Lauren is known for her thoughtful approach to communications strategy, her deep belief in the power of relationships, and her gift for helping others shine. While she’s most often found working quietly behind the scenes on behalf of our clients and our team, this award offered a rare - and well-deserved - moment in the spotlight.
