AUSTIN, Texas – Every kitchen has that stack of papers with recipes gleaned from the internet, family, and friends, and those passed down through the generations. And there are stories that go with every one of those delicious dishes.

What if you could organize, store, and publish those recipes into your very own cookbook? Very soon, you will be able to with a new service: The Cookbook Creative

The Cookbook Creative is a service that will allow foodies to upload, edit, organize, and save favorite recipes (and the stories that go with them) in an online account – all for free. You can find it online at https://thecookbookcreative.com/

The Cookbook Creative has another feature that lives up to its name, providing a way to publish, share, and even sell a cookbook. This paid option gives foodies of all skill levels modern cookbook templates into which they can place their recipes, including a customized cover and title. If a foodie wants a customized cookbook layout, that too is available from The Cookbook Creative.

“The service will allow anyone to preserve family and collected recipes in a beautiful cookbook, rather than leaving them on aging and tattered sheets of paper in your kitchen,” said Elaine Acker, the creative behind The Cookbook Creative. “Not only are these recipes preserved in your custom cookbook and online, the recipes may also be shared with family and friends through what we call ‘Postcards from the Kitchen.’”

Acker noted that while families and friends can share their delicious recipes far and wide, they can be confident that those treasured recipes and stories are easy to access, edit, and use. The recipe database will be easy-to-search and the recipes can be edited whenever the foodie finds a better twist on a treasured recipe.

“Not only do the resulting cookbooks preserve family stories and organize that stack of sauce-stained recipes in your kitchen, individuals can offer their cookbooks for sale,” Acker said. “The Cookbook Creative offers options to distribute cookbooks in brick-and-mortar bookstores and on Amazon.”

The Cookbook Creative expects to launch before graduation season, Father’s Day, and summer wedding season – but you can get in line ahead of the crowd by signing up for the VIP Waitlist. Foodies can sign up at https://thecookbookcreative.com/, which also contains a wealth of information about the service and all it can do for you.
