Lauren Kwedar Cockerell Launches Kwedar PR

15-year public relations and marketing executive opens boutique communications firm

(Fort Worth, Texas) --- Lauren Kwedar Cockerell has announced that she has launched a public relations firm, Kwedar PR, LLC. The Fort Worth, Texas-based company serves small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Cockerell was the director of public relations for Consuro Managed Technology for over four years. She started her career with Paige Hendricks Public Relations Inc., working her way from intern to vice president in her 10-year tenure with the firm.

Since starting Kwedar PR, the firm has been hired by organizations in a variety of industries, such as restaurants/fine dining, fine art, consulting, oil and gas, non-profit, architecture, and finance.

A Fort Worth native, Ms. Cockerell is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with emphases in marketing, finance, and English Literature.
